Working with a sole stakeholder directly, allowed me to exercise my design expertise whilst concepting core features and experiences. I attended career camps and interviewed job centres to understand the core problems facing such a product.
The core feature of the product was to funnel users in with immersive video content which would build out a student's skills & interests for them. We had to break down barriers and purposefully not make the website appear like a another job search. Being able to demo the employer view to prospective clients was also invaluable to secure additional funding for the development of the product.
I created a prototype for students to engage with prospective employers as well as demonstrating the benefits to employers signing up to use the product.
